Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & 30-day guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason — it doesn't fit, it didn't help, you changed your mind — return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We accept returns on used, opened, and modified products. You don't need to repackage or return in original condition. We trust you.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@footmethod.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
We can offer this because we believe in the product. If it doesn't work for you, we don't want your money.
