Find your method
A few quick questions about your feet. We'll point you to the right starting place — or tell you to see a podiatrist first. No hype, just what the research supports.
What this quiz can and can't do
This is a triage tool, not a diagnosis. It matches what you tell us — where it hurts, when, how long, and what you can see — to the foot patterns we see most: plantar fasciitis, bunions (hallux valgus), hammertoes, metatarsalgia, and the general foot fatigue that builds from years on your feet.
The recommendations are grounded in published research, not guesswork — the same evidence we lay out, limitations and all, on our science page. A quiz can narrow things down; it can't examine your foot.
Skip the quiz and see a podiatrist or physician directly if you've had recent foot surgery or a fracture, if you have diabetes with reduced sensation, or if pain came on suddenly with swelling, redness, or fever. Those need a professional, not a home routine — and the quiz will tell you the same thing.
